BAKED BRIE WITH MAPLE BOURBON BACON JAM

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Open the tube of crescent rolls but do not separate. Close the seams by applying pressure to them. Place small round of Brie in centre of dough. Top with ½ jar Maple Bourbon Bacon Jam. Trim excess dough. Seal long ends of crust on top of Brie. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with crackers.
